1. Demonstration service

Zurix Bank is a fictional demonstration bank. It is not a bank, is not licensed or supervised by FINMA or any other authority, and is not affiliated with any real financial institution.

• All balances are play money. No real currency is held, deposited or paid out.
• Transfers move play money between Zurix demo accounts only. They cannot reach any real bank account, card or payment network.
• Account numbers use the fictional country code "ZX" and are not valid IBANs.
• Every client can add, generate or adjust play-money transactions and balances on their own accounts from the Admin page in the profile menu. Nobody can change another client's accounts.

2. Your account

• You must give a working e-mail address and keep your password secret. Do not reuse a password you use anywhere else.
• Do not enter real banking details, card numbers or government ID numbers anywhere in the service.
• One person, one profile. Automated or bulk account creation is not permitted.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Zurix to attempt unauthorised access, to probe other users' data, to overload the service, or to present the demo as a real bank to anyone else. Good-faith security research is welcome; please report findings responsibly.

4. Data

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy notice. You can export your data or erase your profile at any time from e-banking.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without any warranty. Demo data may be reset or deleted at any time. Because no real money is involved, no balance shown in Zurix is a claim against anyone.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
